| When and how do we collect your information? |
We only use the information that you provide by typing it in. In some cases, we will collect your CPR number in order to be able to identify you and/or to be able to credit your NemKonto. This process covers, for example, the following customer forms: Travel guarantee, Flextrafik Travel guarantee, Fines, Flexbus – ordering of regular trips, Insight requests, Comment on your timetable, Consultation, Midttrafik app/Commuter ticket, Midttrafik Live, Trips by bus and light rail, Trips with Flextrafik and Ungdomskort (youth card)/ Pensionistkort (pensioner’s card)/Skolekort (school card) |
| What type of information about you is processed? |
The information includes, for example, your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, customer type, photo, CPR number, information about your travel tickets (e.g. Mobile product or Rejsekort), your trip, ID such as payment card or driving licence, information about aids which may be related to a disability, as well as other information about your trip. |
| What do we use the information for? |
The information collected is processed for the purpose of the exercise of the official authority vested in Midttrafik as the provider of transport services. In addition, information is processed to enable Midttrafik to provide the best possible service as a transport company, including for example, being able to process any enquiries from you. |
| What is the legal basis? |
Article 6(1)(c) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 9(1)(f) and (g) of the General Data Protection Regulation. It is stated here that processing is lawful if the information is processed for the purpose of the exercise of official authority. Danish Data Protection Act Section 11(1) so we, as a public authority, can process information about CPR numbers to ensure unambiguous identification or as journal numbers. |

Suppliers of IT solutions as well as banks or NemKonto, if you are receiving payments from us. |
| How long do we keep your information for? |
We store your information for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with our duty to journalise information. |
